בחרנו לשמר את כל האלמנטים המקוריים של הדירה, ולהעניק להם פרשנות עכשווית וחיים חדשים.
הבניין עתיד לעבור בקרוב שיפוץ וחידוש, והדירה תמשיך להתפתח יחד איתו, תוך שמירה על האופי המקורי והזהות ההיסטורית שלה. #עירלבנה #בנייןלשימור #אדריכלותתלאביב

Imagine this.. you take the elevator down and within a minute you find yourself in a space that rivals the finest luxury resorts in the world.
Here, we designed a project that becomes a true focal point for residents — a place of relaxation, rejuvenation, and connection.
The fitness area is planned to ensure abundant natural light and ventilation throughout the day.
The spa zone includes a hammam, dry sauna, whirlpool bath, and a relaxation lounge with soft lighting and natural materials.
Acoustic design allows for complete disconnection from the outside world.
The material palette balances the warmth of wood with the coolness of stone, creating a harmonious dialogue between energy and tranquility.

תדמיינו: אתם יורדים במעלית ותוך דקה כבר נמצאים במרחב שלא נופל מבתי הנופש היוקרתיים בעולם.
כאן תכננו פרויקט שהופך למוקד משיכה לדיירים — מקום של מנוחה, התחדשות ומפגש. אזור הכושר מתוכנן כך שבכל שעות היום יש זרימת אור טבעי ואוורור מרבי.
אזור הספא כולל חמאם, סאונה יבשה, ג’קוזי ומרחב רילקס עם תאורה רכה ושימוש בחומרים טבעיים.
אקוסטיקה מוקפדת מאפשרת חוויית ניתוק מלאה מהעולם החיצון.
שפת החומרים מאזנת בין חום העץ לקרירות האבן, ויוצרת דיאלוג הרמוני בין אנרגיה לשקט.
