One of the colors in our Tulip Mezuzah Collection is “Negev Beige.” Inspired by the soft desert tones and the natural palette of the Israeli Negev.
The Negev stretches across southern Israel, covering around 13,000 square kilometers. Its landscape changes from pale loess plains and sand dunes to rocky mountains, exposed cliffs and wide open desert.
One of the most remarkable geological formations in the area is Makhtesh Ramon, a vast erosion crater in the heart of the Negev, approximately 40 km long and 12 km wide. Its exposed layers of rock reveal millions of years of geological history, and it is one of our favorite places in this country.
Inspired by the quiet tones of the Negev landscape, our Negev Beige shade reflects the soft, mineral palette of the desert. Its natural matte finish gives the color a soft, earthy character, and lets the ceramic material itself take center stage.

הנגב משתרע על פני דרום ישראל, על שטח של כ- 13,000 קמ״ר. הנוף בו משתנה ממישורי לס בהירים ודיונות חול ועד הרים סלעיים, מצוקים חשופים ומרחבי מדבר פתוחים.
אחד מתוואי הנוף הגיאולוגיים המרשימים באזור הוא מכתש רמון, אחד המקומות היפים, המרשימים והאהובים עלינו ביותר בארץ. שכבות הסלע החשופות בו מספרות סיפור גיאולוגי של מיליוני שנים.
בהשראת הגוונים השקטים והצנועים של נופי הנגב, גוון בז׳ נגב שלנו משקף את הפלטה המינרלית הרכה של המדבר, הגימור הטבעי מעניק לצבע אופי רך ואדמתי, ונותן לחומר הקרמי עצמו להיות במרכז.
