כבר הבנו שהקיבוצים הם העבר, ההוווה והעתיד שלנו💙
גם לכם תושבי הקיבוץ החדשים והוותיקים מגיע לגור בבית המתאים בדיוק לצרכי משפחתכם.
תכנון המשלב חלומות ורצונות אישיים וכן ... גם יפה ומעוצב בקפידה.
כיום, הקיבוצים קולטים משפחות חדשות ובמקביל מאפשרים לבני הקיבוץ הצעירים להקים את ביתם הראשון בקיבוץ.
ההרחבות מתאפשרות תוך הפשרת שטחים לצורך בנייה הסמוכה למעטפת הבנויה והקיימת זה מכבר בקיבוץ.
לרוב יש מספר מצומצם של דגמים לבתים החדשים שייבנו.

The vertical wall that crosses over the balcony of the rooms was designed so that it presents in the daughter’s bedroom a continuing story of a narrow and long ribbon window that also stretches across the width of the entire facade, beginning in the shower and ending in the configuration of an external opening continue narrowly with a concrete monolithic wall cut in this open strip which also contains electric louvers.

Originally built in 1935, this Mediterranean Villa belonged to one of the founders of Bitzaron, a small town off the Eastern coast of the Mediterranean. Originally built in 1935. Next to the house was a small orange grove, a historical reminder of the orchards in the community. The garden design emphasizes the small orchard plot, and in order to highlight and preserve it, an “arid garden” was planned next to it. These gardens are often designed with drought-resistant plants, landscape techniques, and a focus on water conservation. The garden is planted with succulents, cacti, and other desert plants that can handle minimal rainfall. Water conservation in the garden is a top priority.

Can a vacation home be located in the heart of an ancient city and yet far from the sea? ..... Probably yes. Planning and redesigning a historic stone house and turning it into a vacation home for weekends and holidays. This renewal project in the heart of the ancient city of Safed, in the north of Israel, is a project by the studio . The house is an example of a building that has simultaneously maintained a strong connection with the territory and local culture, if only for its clean design and innovative and modern concept.

The house, which stood abandoned for decades, was chosen from many as it contained several important characteristics: a building type in the shape of the Hebrew letter H, a fascinating cross-sectional structure, and the possibility of viewing the charming Mount Meron from the upper balconies.

What time is it?..... The space functions as an internal clock and looks mainly towards the sky. The sun and its movement is the whole story. The furniture is minimal, a colorful sofa specially designed for the morphology of the building and its walls, lighting fixtures that are hung near the skylight window and emphasize the height of the space that is so unique - about 8 meters. The ancient and historical material, the limestone, is occasionally replaced by raw concrete and Corten steel, which tell the story of the modern intervention in the building and thus also preserve and respect the memory of the past.
