proud to share The ‘Kite beach villas’ projects..
the 1st one is upon completion. a 14 villas on the Caribbean oceanfront and mostly done..
the 2nd one is under construction.. A 19 villas 200 meters from the 1st one.. that’s what I call mixing business and pleasure…

A visit to another project of mine on the Caribbean coast.
I’m proud to say that after the first project has been totally sold, the second one is on its way and is already under construction.

גאה לומר כי לאחר שכל 14 הוילות בפרויקט הראשון נמכרו, הפרויקט השני הנראה בהדמיות כבר בבניה. עוד 19 וילות באוירה המקומית.

הרבה עוצמה, יוקרה וכח באים לידי ביטוי באדריכלות המקומית שרובה ככולה מיובאת ומדגישה את הזרות לנוף המדברי המסורתי ונמצאת בשורה הראשונה של כל עיר מערבית מודרנית.. עם זאת, כמות הכסף המושקע בכל פרויקט פה מביאה לידי ביטוי את הפנטזיות של המעצבים והפרטים המושקעים פה בכל אלמנט ראויים להערכה. יש מה לראות..
