5-ingredient eggless basque cheesecake in your air fryer.
RECIPE
250 g cream cheese
Condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
7gm corn flour
Fresh cream
Procedure-
1. Whisk the cream cheese, condescending milk and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
2. Add in the corn flour and the heavy cream until a smooth batter is formed.
3. Transfer the batter to a air fryer proof tin or bowl
5. Bake at 200 °C for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the centre is still jiggly.
6. Refrigerate the Cheesecake overnight or for at least 3-4 hours before serving.
