Khoya/ Mawa - 150gm
Sauf - 1/2 tbsp.
Banana - 1
Suji - 3 to 4 tbsp.
Cardamom powder - 1tbs
Milk - 200 ml
Oil for frying - 500 ml
Rabri ( optional)

Ingredients:-

Garlic - 6 to 7 cloves

Coriander

Mix Dal Khichdi.

Ingredients:-
½ cup rice
½ cup moong dal
1/2 cup toor dal ( tur dal)
1/2 tsp ghee
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1 Large onion, fried
1 Carrot
1/2 cup green peas
1 1/2 cup cauliflower( gobi), fried
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
5¼ cup water

FOR TADKA:-
1 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
One bay leaf
pinch hing
Dry red chilli
Garlic
Coriander seeds
1 tsp chilli powder
mustard seeds
Green chilies
red dry chilies

शिमला मिर्च - 1
टमाटर - 2-3

अदरक - 1 इंच
तेल - 4 टेबिल स्पून
हींग - 1-2 पिंच
जीरा - आधा छोटी चम्मच
दही - 3 टेबिल स्पून
हल्दी पाउडर - आधा छोटी चम्मच
धनियां पाउडर - 1 छोटी चम्मच
नमक - स्वादानुसार ( एक छोटी चम्मच )

कसूरी मेथी- 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
हरा धनिया – 1 टेबल स्पून

1 kg wheat flour(गेहूं का आटा)
300 gms powdered sugar(पिसी चीनी)
150gm suji ya rava (सूजी).
150gm ghee (घी ).
1/2 teaspoon green cardamom(इलायची के बीज).
1/2 cup Chopped coconut(कटा हुआ नारियल).
2 tbsp raisins (किशमिश)
1/2 cup milk(दूध).
1 teaspoon fennel seeds(सौंफ के बीज).

- 2 tbsp besan.
- Brown bread ( ब्रेड).
- oil 1/2 tbsp (तेल ).
- 1/4 medium-sized onion (प्याज).
