Every home has a beginning. This is where Jai Laxmi Villa begins. 🏡✨
Before you reach the living rooms, the bedrooms, the balconies — you arrive here. The ground floor of this G+3 bungalow in Jalgaon is shared by both families above, and we wanted the very first impression to set the tone for everything that follows.

The main door is where we started the story — deep veneer finished with vertical grooves and brass patti detailing, transitioning into a hand-crafted leaf inlay pattern along the lower half. A glass block insert breaks the continuity of wood, letting light filter through even before you step in. Overhead, the grey PVC panelled ceiling keeps the entrance grounded and contemporary.
Step inside, and the lobby takes over — a curved veneer panel wraps the space, interrupted by a single floral wallpaper insert that instantly shifts the mood. Two sculptural chairs and a coffee table anchor the seating, the lift frame gets its own quiet wooden detailing, and Italian marble flooring ties it all together underfoot. Even the ceiling curves at the edges — nothing here happens by accident.

This is just the ground floor. Two more storeys of personality are waiting above.

Same DNA, different mood — the cabin behind the gym floor.

Tucked behind The Fitness Shop’s grey grooved façade sits the owner’s cabin, glimpsed first through a sliver of glass framing the desk and motivational gallery wall beyond. The table legs pick up on the shop’s signature language in metal — the same horizontal and vertical grid that runs across the walls outside, reappearing here in a sturdier, structural form. Step inside and the palette shifts entirely into a warm terracotta that wraps the walls and ceiling, with the same vertical groove detailing repeating overhead at varied intervals, layered with focused lighting. A gallery of black-and-white gym quotes lines one wall, paired with hanging pendant lights that ground the space, while across the table a small flower bed brings in a touch of green against a window screened with wooden blinds — a calm, personal counterpoint to the energy of the shop floor outside.

Even the storage here was designed to be looked at.

At The Fitness Shop, the lounge zone sits right alongside a styled retail display, both held within the same grey wall and terracotta ceiling language used through the rest of the space. The display itself lives inside a niche that already existed in the original structure — we fitted it out with slim metal pipe framing and glass ledge shelves to keep the merchandise feeling light rather than boxed in, then wrapped three sides in a wood laminate ring that continues straight into the laminate-clad backdrop. A concealed light line traces that ring, quietly drawing focus onto the products on display. Step around the corner and the same vertical groove and horizontal patti detailing carries onto the gym floor, where a row of treadmills lines the textured wall, with the terracotta ceiling grid running overhead to keep the whole shop reading as one continuous design.

“A gym that reads like architecture, not just equipment.”

At The Fitness Shop, the walls are built on a vertical groove grid at specific intervals, finished in a quiet grey. Horizontal MDF patti at varying rhythms layer over this grid to add depth and volume, and select grooves carry an extra patti detail to build dimension within the vertical lines — all of it held to the beam/lintel level, letting the ceiling take over as the real showpiece. Up top, the same vertical grid repeats in one panel before giving way to single patti runs and a recessed light band, the whole ceiling finished in a warm terracotta that plays beautifully off the grey below.

6 toilets. 6 unique design stories.
Same home, completely different design expressions.

Each toilet at Shrivari Villa is designed with a distinct identity, while maintaining overall material harmony across the residence.

The powder toilet explores geometry through Italian stone, with four chamfered triangles forming a central rectangular composition—creating a bold yet minimal focal point.

The parents’ toilet in dark shade Italian continues the grid concept from the bedroom, with varied rectangular proportions formed using grooves. Select panels are highlighted with chamfered protrusions, adding texture and dimension.

The son’s toilet features a grey Italian finish, with a stepping pathway detailed using sand crush filling. Vertical grooves and protruding Italian pattis add depth, while the layout transitions from basin and WC to dressing and shower areas.

The daughter’s toilet blends beige Italian with printed tiles, divided into two sections. The upper portion features moulding details, while the lower half and flooring carry the printed tile—reflecting a subtle European design language.

The grandparents’ toilet is designed in terrazzo tiles, inspired by curved forms from the bedroom. Vertical grooves with soft curved edges and circular detailing create a gentle rhythm, complemented by a round mirror and hanging light.

The guest toilet in beige tiles is detailed with vertical grooves intersected by a horizontal band, enhanced with additional groove layers. An abstract mirror paired with a hanging light completes the space.

A lounge space designed to unwind, pause, and breathe.
Where light, texture, and calm tones come together.

Shrivari Villa | Lounge Area Design

Located on the second floor, the lounge area at Shrivari Villa is designed as a light-filled, relaxed space with a strong connection to the outdoors. Full-height windows on two sides open the space visually—one leading to the balcony, while the other frames large planters, bringing in greenery and natural light.

The remaining walls are kept minimal yet expressive. An L-shaped wall is finished in textured paint with a subtle V-shaped pattern, creating movement across the surface. To break the continuity, vertical niches are introduced at intervals, detailed with wooden box elements and enhanced with soft indirect lighting.

A concealed veneer-finished door blends seamlessly into the wall, maintaining visual continuity. Black and white frames are added to bring contrast and personality to the space.

The ceiling becomes the main design feature, composed of a vertical grid with varying sizes and materials. A mix of MDF and wooden pattis with different thicknesses adds rhythm and depth, enhancing the overall spatial experience. The colour palette is kept in soothing pastel green tones, while the loose furniture is carefully curated to complement the design.
