Hi Delhivery team,

It's been 3 days that a wrong parcel is delivered to my recipient's address.

My correct AWB number is - 2827799762842 which I had hand written on my package clearly. It contained artwork. Instead of delivering that package, some other package is delivered to Ahmedabad.

I have opened a service ticket but till now I have not got a single update. Is it so hard for a big company like Delhivery to find a package with correct AWB? Then what is the point that we are writing the AWB on the package?

The wrong product ( a salwar) is now sitting at my recipient's home causing even more frustration than ever.

Some investigation done from my end:
1. I wrote the correct AWB on the package.
2. In warehouse, our AWB number with barcode was pasted on someone else's packet and that packet got delivered to my recipient's home.
3. Maybe, someone else's AWB with barcode was pasted on our actual package containing artwork which is now lost.

I need some findings by tomorrow. My recipient is frustrated and looking for a refund or replacement. Please be sensible and come forward to discuss with me openly. I am happy to discuss this anytime.

I am attaching both the package. 1st is my package(correct one). 2nd is wrongly delivered item with someone else's AWB no.
