Shiprocket - most unreliable service ever came across. They are even not capable to pickup one shipment from past 10 days and have been only escalating the matter everyday without any resolution. The call centre executives only pick up the call to engage customer and gives only false commitment. They are even calling up daily and harrassing us by asking same questions 100 times as if they are really looking into the pickup concern. Their employee Denys to share the escalation matrix. Supervisors are hard to speak to because they are never available no matter what time we are calling. No help received after so many follow ups. All employees are only trained to apologise and they know nothing else apart of this.
They do not have courtesy to call the customer and keep them updated. They are working on the mercy of their courior partners. Pathetic!! Time to shut your business..
