In Michelle Caputo’s Brooklyn kitchen, our 15.5-inch Dome pendants bring a sculptural presence to a boldly veined marble island. The softly illuminated ceramic shades create a warm glow, while brass fittings add a subtle metallic detail.

Some lights become part of a place.

At Slow Dough in Kiama, NSW, our Canista pendants have become part of the rhythm of the bakery above the worktables, behind the counter and within the everyday movement of the space.

Lucy and Richard describe them as having become part of the café’s “DNA.”

We love that.

Because the best lighting doesn't simply sit in a space. It becomes part of how the space is experienced.

A rose, translated into clay.

Introducing Rose, a Wabi-Sabi ceramic pendant light by Naaya Studio.

Inspired by the quiet movement of a rose bud, Rose is shaped through flowing ceramic layers that wrap, open and change as you move around the form.

But the beauty is not only in the silhouette.

Once illuminated, the folds become part of the light creating soft shadows, depth and an ever-changing play of light across the ceramic surface.

Every Rose begins as clay in our Bangalore studio, where the form is shaped, refined and finished by hand.

Available in multiple sizes and finishes, from intimate spaces to larger dining and living environments.

A little moment worth celebrating. 🤍

Naaya Studio has been recognised as the winner in the Lighting category at the TOI Home & Decor Awards 2026.

On 28 September, our founders, Nitu and Neeraj, received the award in Delhi.

It’s one small step in a much bigger journey, but we are happy to pause and celebrate this one.

Grateful to our team and to all the designers, architects, customers and collaborators who continue to be part of the Naaya journey.

It looks like it could move. It’s made of clay.

Knot began with a simple contradiction: how do you turn the familiar gesture of a tied knot into a solid ceramic form?

The result is a sculptural table lamp that twists through itself, creating a form that feels soft, fluid and almost weightless while remaining entirely handmade in clay.

When illuminated, light traces the curves of the form, revealing another dimension of the piece.

Not quite an object.
Not quite a knot.
A little unexpected.
