Last weekend, our signature Chocolate Buttercream Cake had the honour of being part of a very special occasion, a heartfelt tribute to an inspiring, visionary and much-loved couple of industry.

A tribute from their first team to their mentor, this cake was a small part of a celebration filled with nostalgia, gratitude and admiration.

And it was such an honour to bake for the special evening.

Always grateful to be a part of your special moments, the big ones, the little ones, and the ones that mean so much more. ❤️

A special cake (and a first for us!) that went out to celebrate a truly special milestone. 🤍

One, a delicious Vegan Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Buttercream, and the other a decadent Chocolate Rum Cake with a rich Chocolate Rum Ganache.

What made these cakes even more meaningful were the little snippets of the birthday boy’s life and loves - his family, his passions, the moments, and the memories that have shaped his remarkable life journey.

It was such an honour to bring a loved one’s vision to life and also, to bring a smile to a great-grandfather’s face. ❤️
