Terrace Area
The last-floor half plate was thoughtfully transformed into a vibrant, semi-open terrace designed to become an integral part of our clients’ everyday lives.
From the beginning, we knew we wanted this space to feel lively, colourful, and different from the rest of the home. Vibrant colours and patterns were introduced through Moroccan tiles on the flooring and patterned wall tiles, creating a playful yet cohesive visual language.
To maintain the semi-open character of the terrace while ensuring privacy and protection, the entire space is enclosed with MS laser-cut screens, topped with toughened glass. This allows natural light and ventilation to flow through while creating a comfortable and private outdoor environment.
The terrace has been planned as an extension of the home rather than simply an outdoor space. A dedicated seating area allows the family to sit, unwind, and spend time together, while a separate plantation zone brings greenery into the space and softens the vibrant architectural elements.
The result is a terrace that is colourful, private, functional, and connected to the everyday life of the home.
