Client Brief: Create a spacious, clutter-free home with a simple layout, perfect for a young couple with a lively Labrador. Incorporate pastel colors with pops of brighter hues.
Design Solution:
Our team reimagined this 3400 sq. ft. penthouse, transforming it into a serene sanctuary that reflects the client's preference for simplicity and their passion for playback theater. The double-height living area became the focal point, enhanced with wall treatments that emphasize the space vastness. With the lively Labrador in mind, we designed ample play zones and prioritized a clean, clutter-free layout. A soothing pastel color palette sets a tranquil tone, while strategic pops of color energize the rooms.
The renovated penthouse is a seamless blend of style, simplicity, and functionality.
The bedrooms were designed to be a peaceful retreat, featuring soothing pastel tones and ample natural light, creating a breezy, restful atmosphere. design offers the clients a spacious, light-filled home with room for their Labrador to roam freely.
This transformed space is the perfect haven for a family that treasures simplicity, creativity, and quality time together. It’s a perfect example of how thoughtful design can enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
