The hospital’s west-facing façade is layered with a series of carefully designed fins that function as passive shading elements against the intense afternoon sun. Amidst this hustle and bustle, a serene oasis is carved out on the top floor of their hospital which is a comforting retreat for the family of the doctor couples. This residence offers an exquisite blend of opulent luxury, modern amenities, and timeless elegance, featuring exposed brick construction and lush terrace gardens.

THE LIVING ROOM
The living room is bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls, offering panoramic views of the dynamic cityscape. At its center, a standalone feature TV console takes pride of place, flanked by elegant planter boxes that bring a touch of greenery indoors. The design is minimalist yet inviting, creating an intimate and cozy entertainment zone for both relaxation and socializing. ENTRANCE & TERRACE GARDEN
As one arrives, a private elevator opens directly into a semi-open garden foyer and walkway that leads to a terrace garden with a view of the city horizon. The penthouse is distinguished by its striking use of exposed bricks, lending the exterior a classic yet contemporary feel that harmonizes with the hospital's modern structure below. To complement the bricks, Terracotta Jaali is used to form a visual barrier and a privacy screen for the house, separating it from the remaining amenities of the hospital.
