Pictures from a recently completed project of mine!

The project, conceptualised in late 2023 took its time to complete. Although, as they say "all good things take its time" this one too took its time.

Completed in early 2025, the villa embraces a balance of traditional style of planning with a contemporary aesthetics to its presentation.

A 4 bedroom villa, housing a home theater and a dedicated office to work from home was designed for a family of four spanning three generations!

Aspirations and need of all being met with personalised spaces, anthropometry and tastes.

A central double height connects this three stored home with its family members at various levels while giving them their privacy.

Ready to receive some pointing work!

Our first experience of working with laterite stone... And it's been a pleasant experience.

The simplicity of the material makes us want to use it in all our projects!

This particular project by the way is load bearing structure without any columns and minimal use of Rcc.

Elevation Rendition

Eagerly awaiting this cute little project to finish up, work is in full swing and nearing completion.

This is a residence for a young couple in a very densly packed interior neighborhood of Banashankari. The land itself is a meger 20' x 30' in dimension.

A fully functional and vastu compliant home, it features a rental unit in the ground and a duplex above that. Complete with a double height waterfall court and a semi covered terrace with office space to work from home, we were able to accommodate most of the needs of the clients to realise their dream of building their own house!

Lighting Design.

Worked out a lighting concept for a double height wall right next to the dining space..

Needed up looking like the right out of 😬

The lights accentuate the vertical nature of the double height wall, neatly finished with paint and gives the depth in the volume created in the ..

It is important to look at spaces in , legth+breadth+height....

Loving this

Yet another project, shaping up towards completion!

This one's a family home for Mr.Manjunath and his cute small family! Like many, we had to design this with a budget and that gave rise to some neat detailing and some new design solutions both in planning and facade design.
