Our journey started with Interior Design in 2004, today we are expanding to Architecture Concept Design also. We have a highly qualified dedicated team of Architects (B.Arch, M.Arch - Sustainable Green Building), Engineers (B.E., MTech – Civil and Structure),
and Designers (BSc.Interior Design). We have a long experience of working with clients in India and worldwide with consistent quality & reliability. Working with the client, the design team will start by understanding the brand's brief and core principles. This understanding will then be used to produce a design direction, consisting of research into competitors and a rough idea of where the concept will fit. On approval, this will be refined in the concept development, by the end of which the client will be shown sample materials, colours, layouts and visuals. The final stage is drawing up a set of working drawings, which can then be issued to a contractor for implementation. This way of working enables the direction to be guided at each stage, resulting in an interior that answers both the practical and visual needs of the space. Working with it since 1998, the company specialises in unique and contemporary designs for homes, offices, hotels, restaurants, bars, retail spaces and exhibitions. Biography:
Principal Designer: Suresh Huidrom practising in the fields of interior design, building products, furniture, lighting and art since 2004. Aim for democratic and sensitive design, changing the aesthetics of the interior and product design and the very nature of consumer culture. Suresh Huidrom is an award-winning interior designer of Residential and Public spaces; he strives to design unique interiors that will have a positive impact on his clients' lives. With more than 15 years of extensive and considerable experience, he possesses an innate desire to create and design interiors that exceed clients’ expectations. With an eye for quality, a superior sense of style, and a client-centred approach to business, Suresh Huidrom has proven himself as an innovative & creative Interior designer. Suresh Huidrom is the Principal Designer at Huidrom Design Studio & Accredited Professional Designer for the Society of British International Interior Design and an International Member Royal Institute of British Architects. His professionalism and experience allow him to inject life into each living space and workspace he touches. To him, good design realises the potential of any space. It involves considered choices teamed with a sense of bravery. As a designer, he strongly understands how interiors come together, from the architecture of a space to the furniture and soft furnishings that fill it. He has an immense appreciation for a range of design periods and styles. For him, each element is essential to creating one cohesive look that is both resolved and innovative spaces, truly working when the balance is created through contrast. They should tell a story about the people who inhabit them. He has been fortunate enough to work with some exceptional clients on projects that span Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Public Spaces. He spent working in Bangalore as a Lead Designer, at Bearys Group – (2005), Senior Architect at Monalisa Architects & Interior design and Design Consultant at Gopalan Enterprises + Bearys Group. He oversaw complete design development for shopping malls, Private homes. He coordinated architectural details, designed and specified custom construction elements, and created and implemented the full interior concept on various residential & commercial projects of differing scale and depth of involvement. Where he built a comprehensive portfolio that displays his ability to work across a range of interior and architecture genres. Having graduated in Interior Design from Ex-In Bangalore. The Architectural Imagination from EdX Harvard University, Sustainable Building Design from Edx Massachusetts Institute of Technology and pursuing an M.Arch, He is formally trained in an industry that he truly loves. In his current role as a Principal Designer at Huidrom Design Studio, Imphal, Manipur (www.huidromdesignstudio.com), Suresh Huidrom led large-scale Residential projects and Public Space projects in Manipur as well as in Bangalore. Suresh Huidrom remains committed to cultivating valued relationships and helping clients reach the best version of his overall vision. Whether classic or contemporary, across a vast range of styles, he balances colours, textures, and lighting to create a space that reflects the clients’ personalities and suits their design needs. Working in collaboration with architects and builders to execute his vision, he takes each project very personally, exploring the city’s culture, art, and food scene, as well as travelling worldwide for experiences and inspiration. • Awarded Honorary Mention Medal Winner in Singapore Interior Design Award 2021 by Ms Indranee Rajah Minister, Prime Minister's Office & Second Minister for Finance & National Development Singapore with Society of Singapore Interior Designer In-conjunction with Singapore Interior Design Convention 2021 - (17th December 2021) for Best in Exhibition Design (Permanent).
