Set across a six-acre land parcel, the design carefully choreographs the arrival experience before the masterplan unfolds into three residential towers arranged around a central courtyard on natural earth.
Although overlooked by the residential towers, the courtyard is gently sunken to create a greater sense of privacy for the apartments while offering residents a shaded communal landscape beneath a canopy of mature
The banquet serves as a transitional bridge between the site's vehicular arrival and the pedestrian-oriented neighbourhood courtyard, marking the shift from movement to community.
Amenities are strategically distributed across the masterplan and expressed in warm terracotta tones, acting as identifiable landmarks that guide residents through the development while establishing a cohesive visual identity.
The interiors reinforce the language of the central courtyard, with the lobbies extending the landscape inward through materiality, spatial planning, and natural light. This creates a seamless dialogue between the built environment and the outdoors, blurring the boundary between architecture and landscape
