One of my favourite parts of planning a workshop is building the little world around it. 🌻

For our Sunflower Sketch Club, I wanted the theme to feel present in every small detail - not just on paper.

So we filled the studio with sunflowers, created little welcome tags, arranged sunflower cupcakes, added sunflower candles, and sent everyone home with a little piece of the theme to remember.

Because art workshops have never been just about making an artwork for me.

They’re about slowing down for a few hours, being creative, meeting people, sharing conversations, and creating memories around a theme.

The painting stays on the wall.

But it’s often the little details people remember the most. 💛🌻
