The brief was simple: make it feel less like a waiting room and more like a workplace. What changed wasn’t just the finish, it was the intent behind every material, every line, every corner.

The space now moves differently. People move differently in it. Staff who once rushed through the hallway now linger by the seating. Clients notice before they even sit down.

Design doesn’t just decorate a space. It decides how people feel inside it.

Deep forest green zellige-style tiles rise floor to ceiling, grounded by warm white surfaces and punctuated throughout by brushed brass fixtures that catch the light like jewellery. A fluted walnut vanity unit anchors the space with quiet craftsmanship, while a sculptural gold-framed mirror adds a vintage flourish without excess. The walk-in shower, framed in black-trimmed glass, feels both open and considered — a niche shelf lit from within turning function into atmosphere.

The bedroom draws from a quietly refined palette of warm ivory, aged walnut, and brushed brass, where classical European panelling meets delicate chinoiserie wall murals to create a space that feels both storied and serene. Furniture is selected with an eye for character over uniformity. The adjoining dressing area extends the same material language through floor-to-ceiling shaker wardrobes with antique brass pulls and a built-in vanity framed in walnut, keeping the transition between spaces seamless and considered.
