Instead of walls, the transition between spaces is quietly articulated through the precast grooves running across the exposed concrete ceiling, subtly tracing zones within a larger volume. The ceiling becomes more than a surface overhead, acting almost like an invisible guide that brings order and continuity to the space below.
Large openings along the edge draw in changing light through the day, allowing shadows, reflections, and textures to slowly shift across the raw concrete and terrazzo surfaces. The space holds a certain stillness, where even the smallest details begin to stand out.
