We reject the dominance of harsh whites in bedrooms! And here's why you could be losing sleep.
For this villa master bedroom, we intentionally moved away from the sterility of bright whites and sharp geometries. Instead, we layered muted finishes, soft curves, organic forms, warm timber tones, and nature-inspired hues to create a space that feels restorative from the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep.
In many builder-delivered homes, vitrified flooring is a given. While we may not always be able to change the floor, we can thoughtfully soften the visual experience around it - through colour, texture, lighting, and material choices - so the first and last thing your eyes encounter each day isn't harsh glare, but visual comfort and calm biological rhythms.
These design choices may feel aesthetic and therefore optional, but your body responds to them whether you're consciously aware of it or not.
