Day 3 of clean eating. Again lot of portion control and avoided white sugar and maida. Has loads of salad , ragi koozh, sprouted pulses, idli N sambar chutney for breakfast. Finished it off with freshly squeezed no sugar grapes juice. Had hot hot roasted corn and peanut ripe mango chat for snacks. 1/3 portion of a an egg biryani. Dinner has half roti with fish and chicken, a tbsp of rice with rasam N poriyal.
