To Educate clients that low-cost material can create long-term issues.

A beautiful interior design will not last long if the material selection is poor.

Key points:

Design gives beauty
Material gives life.
Kitchen needs moisture-resistant materials
Kitchen areas need strong boards, good edge banding and proper finishes.
Wardrobes need durability
Daily opening and closing needs good shutters, hinges and channels.
Cheap materials increase future cost
Repair, replacement and complaints happen later.
Right material depends on usage
Every client does not need the most expensive material. But every client needs the right material.

At Surekha Interiors, we help homeowners choose materials based on usage, budget and long-term value.

Choosing colours looks simple. But one wrong colour combination can make a home feel dull, small, or uncomfortable.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Understand room size
Light colours work better for small rooms. Dark colours need careful balance.
Match with natural light
A colour that looks good in showroom may look different inside your home.
𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝟲𝟬-𝟯𝟬-𝟭𝟬 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲
60% main colour
30% secondary colour
10% highlight colour
Avoid too many colours
Too many shades make the home look busy.
Test before finalizing
Check colour samples with flooring, furniture and lighting.

Many customers focus only on shutters and colors.

But the real performance of a modular kitchen depends heavily on hardware quality.

noise

2. Ignoring Storage Planning

One of the biggest regrets homeowners face later is “Storage is not enough.”

Kitchen storage should be planned based on:

Number of family members
Grocery habits
Vessel sizes
Future requirements

Loft storage, corner units, tall units, and drawer planning play a major role in making the kitchen clutter-free.

Good storage planning saves time every single day.
