Last week, a whole batch of our millet Crispy Cookies went out for an office order.

Pearl millet with cinnamon, finger millet with cardamom, sorghum with ginger, all made with brown sugar and baked crisp for the chai break.

If you had to pick one for your desk drawer, which millet are you going with?

We sent a loaf out that wasn’t up to standard. Bananas weren’t ripe enough, so it wasn’t as sweet as it should have been, and we only caught it after it had gone.

Baked a fresh one and took it across that evening.

Has a place ever fixed something for you before you had to ask?
