Some spaces hold more than walls. They hold stories.Harisadan, Tirumala is one such place.

A prestigious guesthouse donated by Mr. Sanjiv Goenka, Chairman of RPSG Group to TTD, this landmark has now been given a new chapter through an extensive renovation by UDL. On 3rd September 2026, Harisadan was reopened by the entire Goenka family — marking the beginning of its next chapter.

The project involved expanding the existing floor plate from 6,000 sq.ft. to 10,000 sq.ft. — a transformation completed in just 9 months. From reimagining the spatial experience to executing the expansion within a demanding timeline, Harisadan has been a project of scale, precision and collaboration.

And this is just the beginning. More about the design, process and transformation coming soon.

The facade for GReaT Ceremonies by GRT, Chennai, designed as an urban landmark, balances bold form with refined material expression. It is shaped through organic shapes and perforated metal, creating depth, softness and a dynamic play of light.
