With butterflies in the tummy and stars in my eyes I am so glad that I have taken the plunge into a world that I had so far seen only in my dreams. At KnotnStitch every creation from the stage of conceiving to piecing, embellishing and finishing is a journey where I am learning every step of the way. With no formal training or education in the field of fabrics it has been a fun trip so far discovering new techniques , new fabrics , new weaves. The gap between dreams to reality is definitely one that teaches you many things. Till now it was only fabrics and trying to do new things with it, however, having a venture of your own really poses its own set of challenges in terms of handling the logistics of sourcing, packaging, the trips to the post office, making the social media presence..all included in this beautiful journey.
