इस recipe में batter को लंबे समय तक ferment करने की जरूरत नहीं है। पहले मैदा का smooth batter तैयार किया, थोड़ा सा ghee मिलाया और थोड़ी देर rest करने के बाद ENO add किया। फिर piping bag की मदद से jalebi को गरम ghee में fry किया और केसर-इलायची वाली गरमा-गरम चाशनी में डुबो दिया।
