Spicy, juicy, and full of flavor! 🍗🔥 Chicken Kaleji Fry made with simple spices, topped with fresh dhaniya and a squeeze of lemon. Perfect with roti or rice! 😍🍋

Ingredients:
250 g Chicken Kaleji (Liver)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
1 tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Haldi (Turmeric Powder)
Salt to taste
½ tsp Kuta Hua Jeera (Crushed Cumin)
½ tsp Kuta Hua Kali Mirch (Crushed Black Pepper)
Fresh Coriander Leaves for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving 🍋

Method:
Wash the chicken kaleji thoroughly and drain excess water.
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, and green chillies. Sauté until fragrant.
Add the chicken kaleji and cook on medium-high flame for 4–5 minutes.
Add haldi and salt. Mix well and cook until the kaleji is tender.
Sprinkle crushed cumin and crushed black pepper. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
Turn off the flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Squeeze some fresh lemon juice on top and serve hot.
