Meet the sarnie. 🇬🇧🍕

“Sarnie” is British slang for a sandwich — although this one is playing by its own rules.

Light, airy pizza dough is baked in an Ooni until puffed and blistered, then folded around:

🌿 Homemade almond and basil pesto
🤍 Creamy burrata
🥓 Parma ham
🍋 Fresh lemon zest
🧂 A final sprinkle of salt

The *Lemon-aid Sarnie* is creamy, salty, nutty and bright, with just enough lemon to cut through the richness.

Baked at around 400°C for 90 seconds, then turned towards the flame for a little extra colour.

Pizza? Sandwich? The best of both, really.
