Homemade Kasuri Paneer 🌿🧀 — a simple twist that makes homemade paneer so much more flavourful!
I used 2 litres of milk and lots of kasuri methi to make this unique paneer at home.
Method:
1. Boil 2 litres of milk with lots of kasuri methi.
2. Mix 2 tbsp vinegar with 2 tbsp water.
3. Slowly add the vinegar-water mixture to the hot milk.
4. Mix until the milk curdles completely.
5. Switch off the flame and add a little black salt and black pepper.
6. Strain the curds through a clean linen/muslin cloth.
7. Squeeze out the excess whey, shape the paneer and let it set for 10 minutes.
That’s it! Fresh, homemade Kasuri Paneer is ready. 😍
You can use it in curries, wraps, sandwiches, salads or enjoy it fresh.
