I`m was established in the year 1994 by acclaimed Designer Punam Kalra. It started as a product design centre, the first of its kind in India. Brought to the forefront were concepts and designs which took the city by a storm-modern, post modern, playful, fun and highly stylised. These were the times of ‘same look furniture’ visible across the country. Exhibitions were held from time to time exposing the viewer to various possibilities, creativity and experimentation. A complete knowledge of materials, technical capability, zeal to continuously innovate and revolutionise design and ability to set trends has established I’m as a forerunner in the field of design with a versatility not known before. We follow the limited edition approach as an antidote to the mass produced world we live in. We promote design for design’s sake because the forces that promote mediocrity remain so powerful. Various artists are commissioned to do installations, create sculptures & paintings, revolving around concepts & themes. The emphasis has always been to create the right ambience with a combination of art & design. The USP of the store today is ‘custom designing’ and caters to a niche clientele. There has been an extensive media coverage in both print and electronic of I’m and about spaces designed, the concepts introduced, the trends established. Enough interviews have taken place, I have been writing articles for newspapers and magazines. Numerous design & art shows have been organised at I`m showcasing works by various designers& artists from across the country .

A little around the arc.
In the hands of a glassblower, a curve is never quite the same twice. With heat, breath, and a little patience, molten glass is coaxed into unexpected arcs—bending, stretching, and finding its own rhythm. Because sometimes, the beauty lies in letting the line wander.

Where warmth meets a thousand little stories. ✨

Speckled with earthy fragments and softened by light, this glassware turns texture into a quiet kind of poetry. Every fleck catches the sun differently, making the ordinary feel wonderfully unexpected.

A little imperfect. A little playful. Entirely its own.

A little piece of sunshine, caught in glass. ☀️

The Yellow Haze Bowl carries the warmth of a forest clearing—the golden hour filtering through tall trees, wildflowers blooming softly, and sunlight finding its way into every little corner.

Mottled with delicate flecks of colour, the glass feels almost alive; like summer light paused mid-movement. A meeting of craft and nature, where colour becomes atmosphere and an everyday object becomes a small celebration of light.

Where sunlight meets glass, colour learns to linger.
Deep teal gathers in every curve, holding little ripples of light—quiet, fluid, almost like the sea caught between two vessels. Set against warm stone and softened shadows, the glass brings a cool stillness to the space, proving that beauty often lives in the meeting of opposites: light and shade, earth and water, warmth and depth.

Something pink. Something blue.

Two colours, worlds apart—yet, within glass, they forget where one ends and the other begins. Pink melts into blue, blue softens into pink, meeting in delicate ripples where contrast becomes harmony.

And as the light moves through them, it catches every little transition—turning colour into reflection, reflection into movement, and glass into a quiet dance of light. ✨

A little garden caught in glass, where colour spills like sunlight and every curve holds a fragment of summer. The delicate play of tinted glass, blooming forms and soft shadows turns an everyday table into a small, surreal landscape—one where flowers linger in reflections, colours dance with the light, and each piece feels like it has captured a fleeting afternoon. Playful yet poetic, this is a garden that never quite fades; it simply changes with the light.

When the skies turn grey, let home remember how to hold colour. 🌧️
Let the monsoon seep into the interiors—not as dampness, but as a mood. Bring in the green of rain-soaked gardens, the orange of distant sunsets, the blue of skies waiting to clear. Let bold patterns echo old memories, playful furniture become fragments of childhood, and a quiet corner by the window turn into a place for stories, chai and unhurried afternoons.
This season, make space for the things that make staying in feel like going somewhere.
A home that breathes, remembers, and comes alive—even when the world outside is washed in rain.
