Sunando Dasgupta and Associates is on the lookout for seasoned architects with 7–10 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, and a proven track record of working on large-scale institutional and commercial projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi — and no, we don’t do remote for this one.
- Lead the design charge
from initial concept sketches to final construction drawings, you’ll drive the architectural process end-to-end.
- Turn ideas into precision
create and review detailed drawings that don’t just look good but build right.
- Collaborate like a pro
work side-by-side with consultants, engineers, and internal teams to keep everything aligned and on point.
- Own the client relationship
understand their vision, guide their expectations, and make sure they’re thrilled with the outcome.
- Juggle deadlines without dropping the ball
manage timelines, deliverables, and quality with surgical precision.
- Keep it legal and legit
ensure full compliance with building codes, zoning, and all the bureaucratic madness that comes with the territory.
What You Absolutely Need to Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
the foundation. No exceptions.
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience with real, large-scale institutional or commercial projects
we’re not talking about design school concepts.
- A sharp eye for detail and design
you obsess over getting every line, material, and proportion just right.
- Battle-tested coordination skills
you've led teams, handled clients, and kept complex projects on track without breaking a sweat.
- Proficiency in architectural software
CAD, 3D Modeling, Image Editing.
- Excellent communication chops
you can clearly explain your vision to a team, a client, or a contractor.
- A problem-solver’s mindset
when things go wrong (and they will), you don’t panic — you solve.
