Started in September 1996, our company deals in wide range of products like eatables, groceries, spices and cosmetics. We manufacture premium quality spices and supply to global and Indian markets. Government of India has accredited and certified us as an export house. We specialize in spices and recipe masalas under the leadership of our parent company Unique Fragrances. With a current growth rat

e of over 30% year on year, we export to markets all round the world including U.S.A., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, South Africa, Middle East and European Nation. has an excellent infrastructure and manufacturing facilities and uses state of the art machinery to clean, grade and grind spice. We have an automatic cleaning plant consisting of vacuum based Clean O Grader, destoner and a gravity separator. We have 12 metric tonnes per day capacity to clean and grade spices. The clean and graded spices are then ground using the best pulverizing and grinding machines. The company is progressing fast, under the dynamic leadership and entrepreneurial skills of Mr. Vikram Luthra, our Director. We supply products to various chain stores, supermarkets and institutional buyers in the Indian market. Some of these are given below:

We also do private labeling of spices for various retail stores and institutional Buyers. recently lunched products under the brand name "Chuk-De". These products are available in both Domestic and International markets. Chuk-De masale are made using closely guarded secret recipes. The original recipes were conceived, nearly three generations back, by Shri. Ram Dass Luthraji. They have been handed down from generation to generation. The ingredients in masale vary, some masalas are based on a few ingredients while others have as many as fifty ingredients. Chuk-De brand makes these old and traditional recipes available to the whole world. Sawan Somwar Special - Vrat wale Dahi kabab 😍

Ingredients: Hung curd
Grated paneer
Roasted peanut (moongfali) powder
Makhana powder (plus extra for coating)
Chukde Sendha namak
Chukde Roasted jeera powder
Chukde Crushed black pepper
Optional: Rajgira (amaranth) flour for extra binding
Method
In a bowl, combine hung curd, grated paneer, roasted peanut powder, makhana powder, sendha namak, roasted jeera powder, and crushed black pepper.
If the mixture feels soft, add a little rajgira flour for better binding.
Shape the mixture into small tikkis.
Coat each tikki with makhana powder.
Shallow-fry on low to medium heat using a little ghee or oil until both sides turn golden and crisp.
Serve hot with vrat wali green chutney or fresh curd.
