A contemporary lounge designed with a balance of warmth, symmetry, and refined detailing.

This space features a coffered ceiling and fluted and textured wall balanced with clean panel mouldings.

The rich veneer ceiling and vertical slatted details bring warmth to the neutral palette, complemented by high-gloss Italian marble flooring that enhances the overall spaciousness and luxury of the interior.

Every detail is carefully curated to maintain a minimal yet sophisticated design language — timeless, elegant, and client-focused.

Site update:
Our upcoming residence project in Faridabad is steadily taking shape.

The first-floor slab has been successfully cast, marking a major construction milestone. With that in place, shuttering for the second floor slab is now complete, and we’re all set to move ahead with the next phase.

Every step on site brings us closer to transforming this vision into a thoughtfully designed home—crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail.

SITE PROGRESS

A G+1 load-bearing home reimagined into a contemporary luxury residence. The existing structural constraints were carefully reworked to enable a completely new internal layout with enhanced openness and functionality.

An additional 1.5 floors were seamlessly integrated, creating expanded living, private, and leisure spaces.

A transformation that goes beyond addition—delivering a refined, modern living experience within an existing framework.
