Aaj ka weekend menu, seedha Purani Dilli se! ❤️

London में आज बनाया Purani Dilli style Palak Chole, और साथ में गरमा-गरम Bhature… बस फिर क्या था! 😍

Plate में थे masale wale aloo, hari mirchi, pyaaz, chutney aur gajar ka mix achar — एकदम वो पूरा देसी spread, जिसके लिए दिल तरसता है।

हज़ारों miles दूर London में बैठकर भी आज लगा जैसे Purani Dilli ki galiyon mein baithkar Chole Bhature enjoy kar rahe hain. 🇮🇳🤍

कुछ खाने सिर्फ पेट नहीं भरते… घर की याद भी भर देते हैं।

लंदन ने मेरा address बदला है… मेरी cravings नहीं। ❤️

आज मेरी kitchen में 9 घंटे तक butter के साथ Dal Makhani धीरे-धीरे पकती रही… और उसकी खुशबू ने कुछ पल के लिए लंदन को भी भारत बना दिया। 🇮🇳

साथ में Mint Lachha Paratha, मसाला लच्छा प्याज़ और फ्राइड मसाला मिर्च… बस फिर क्या था!

कुछ खाने सिर्फ serve नहीं किए जाते…
वो यादें बनकर दिल में बस जाते हैं।
और सच कहूँ, घर का स्वाद दुनिया के किसी भी कोने में मिल जाए… तो दिल वहीं ठहर जाता है। 🤍

May 17th is a date I don’t think I’ll ever forget, and honestly I don’t want to. Today I felt something so deeply that I already knew but never quite felt this way before — just how many people truly love me and care for me. Aur sach mein dil se thank you, genuinely, from the bottom of my heart. Thank you to everyone who was physically there with me today, and thank you to those who couldn’t be there but still never let me feel their absence, you were still so present in the most beautiful way. Ap sab ne is din ko kuch aur hi bana diya, something I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. 🤍✨

Distance is coming and I really don’t want to go, ye part hard hai and I won’t pretend it isn’t. But what I do know is that no matter how far I am, you will all always feel this close to me, always this warm, always this near. Aur ye aane wale 2-3 saal bhi kaise nikal jaenge pata hi nahi chalega, and before we know it hum phir se milenge, jaldi se.

Kuch moments hote hain jo words mein poore nahi aate, but I still wanted to try, because today deserved to be remembered exactly as it felt. Keeping all of you and all of this, bohot kareeb, close to my heart, always. 🫶🌸

Bindora… naam hi kaafi hai ek feeling ke liye 💛

Yeh sirf lunch nahi hota, yeh hoti hai Rajasthani manvaar — jahan aapko sirf bulaya nahi jaata, balki roka jaata hai, pyaar se khilaya jaata hai, aur har bite mein apnapan mehsoos hota hai ❤️

Abhilasha di, dil se thank you itni soulful mehmaan-nawaazi ke liye. Khana toh lajawab tha hi… lekin jis tarah se aapne har dish ko itne pyaar aur grace ke saath serve kiya — that was the real magic ✨

Aur sabse khaas — itne amazing logon se milna, hasi-mazaak, purani yaadein, nani ke recipes… dil khush ho gaya 🫶

Pet toh bhar gaya tha… par mann abhi bhi wahi ruk gaya hai 💛

Thank you for such a beautiful, rooted experience — yeh sirf ek meal nahi, ek yaad ban gaya
