Healthy High Protein Spinach Roti

• Wash 250 g spinach properly
• Boil spinach in hot water for 1–2 minutes
• Immediately transfer to chilled water
• Blend spinach with fresh coriander, green chilli, 100 g paneer or tofu, and some water to make a smooth mixture
• Add salt and knead a soft dough using this mixture
• Rest dough for 30 minutes
• Make small pedas and roll into rotis
• Cook rotis on tawa until both sides are done
• Apply ghee on top
• Serve hot with sabji and enjoy

Eggless Brookies Recipe (Brownie + Cookie Combo)

1️⃣ Brownie Layer Preparation
• In a bowl, mix together ½ cup all-purpose flour, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ¼ tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
• In another bowl, whisk ⅓ cup melted butter with ½ cup powdered sugar until smooth.
• Add ¼ cup yogurt and ½ tsp vanilla extract, mix well.
• Fold in the dry ingredients and ¼ cup chocolate chips.
• Spread the brownie batter evenly in a lined 8x8-inch baking pan.

2️⃣ Cookie Layer Preparation
• In a bowl, mix ¾ cup all-purpose flour, ¼ tsp baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
• In another bowl, cream together ¼ cup soft butter, ⅓ cup brown sugar, and 20g white sugar until light.
• Add 2 tbsp yogurt and ½ tsp vanilla extract, mix well.
• Fold in dry ingredients along with ⅓ cup chocolate chips and 4–5 crushed Oreos.

3️⃣ Layering & Baking
• Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough evenly over the brownie batter.
• Top with extra Oreo pieces and chunks of Dairy Milk Silk.
• Bake at 175°C (preheated oven) for 25–30 minutes.
• Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Pro tip: For perfect texture, let it rest for an hour before slicing — it firms up beautifully.

Crispy & Creamy Paneer Sandwich🥪
Here’s the Crispy Paneer Sandwich recipe :
• Season paneer slices with red chilli powder, salt, and black pepper.
• Dip paneer slices in cornflour slurry.
• Double coat with bread crumbs.
• Keep in freezer while preparing the rest.
• Chop lettuce (2 types) and onion, keep aside.(for coleslaw)
• Make sauce/dip:
• 4 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp milk
• Salt, black pepper to taste
• ½ tsp lemon juice
• Mix well.
• Add 1–2 tsp sauce to chopped salad, mix well.(coleslaw ready)
• Add chilli flakes and oregano to salad (optional).
• Heat oil and shallow fry or deep fry paneer patties till golden and crisp.
• Take a bread slice
• apply prepared sauce and tomato sauce.
• place coleslaw Place crispy paneer patty & white sauce)
• place another bread slice & more sauce , coleslaw.
• Cover with upper slice, sauce , coleslaw& cheese & apply butter.
• grill for 2–3 mins.
• Serve hot and enjoy

Detailed Recipe of One Bowl Chocolate Cake:

• Take 1 cup yogurt (use this cup for all measurements, about 200-240 ml).
• Add ½ cup powdered sugar (or castor sugar; adjust sweetness to taste).
• Pour in ½ cup neutral oil (like sunflower or vegetable oil).
• Mix well until smooth.
• Add dry ingredients:
• 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• Combine everything into a smooth batter (don’t overmix).
• Pour into a greased tin suitable for oven, air fryer, or pressure cooker.
• Bake at 180°C for 25-30 mins (check with a toothpick).
• Cool completely.
• Top with melted dark chocolate .
• Serve and enjoy the moist, chocolatey goodness!

Zero Sugar Date & Nut Ladoo 🍫🌰
1. Soak 20 seedless dates in warm water for 30 minutes.
2. Drain the dates and transfer them into a mixer jar (do not add water).
3. Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 1/4 cup walnuts.
4. Grind everything to make a smooth paste.
5. Transfer the paste into a bowl and mix in 2 tbsp desiccated coconut.
6. Shape the mixture into small ladoos.
7. Roll or coat the ladoos in:
• Desiccated coconut
• Finely chopped pistachios
• Finely chopped almonds
8. Makes 10–11 healthy ladoos—perfect for every party
