At The House of Gonsalves, food is where it begins—but never where it ends.
For me, the love for cooking and sharing food started much before HOG. My grandfather loved to cook, and watching his love for food—and the joy he found in sharing it with others—is where I think my own inspiration began.
Today, when we open our home and table to people, we’re carrying a little of that spirit forward.
That is what HOG is about too.
Sharing what we have learned. The history behind the food. The culture. The memories. And paying homage to the generations before us by keeping the tradition of gathering, cooking and sharing alive.
As Delhi NCR’s first Mangalorean supper club, we’re bringing the flavours, stories and traditions of Mangalorean cuisine to the table—not just as a meal, but as an experience.
Come solo. Come with friends.
Come for the food. Stay for the stories.
