কাটা মশলা গোশত প্রথমবার খেয়েছিলাম দিল্লিতে, করিমস-এ। সে বোধ হয় বছর চল্লিশ আগের কথা। দিল্লি সফর সেই একবারই। মাটন স্ট্যু নামে যে অমৃতসম খাদ্যবস্তুটি টেবিলে এসেছিল, সে ছিল কাটা মশলায় রান্না। গরম গরম তন্দুরি রুটির সঙ্গে বিঘত খানেক ঘিয়ের পরতের নীচ থেকে উঁকি দেওয়া মাংসের টুকরো আর মখমলি সুরুয়ায় স্বাদ মনে থাকবে আজীবন।

সেই স্বাদকে স্মরণে রেখে দস্তরখ্বানের এই কাটা মশলার গোশত।

দুয়ারে উৎসব

সুধী,
প্রতিবারের মতো এবারেও দস্তরখ্বানে থাকছে খাজা, নিমকি, বালুসাই, নাড়ু, খেজুর পিঠে আর এলোঝেলো।

আপনার পছন্দের ভাজা মিষ্টি, নাড়ু, নিমকি অর্ডার করবেন এখুনি, ডেলিভারি কবে চাই সেটাও জানিয়ে দেবেন তার সঙ্গেই।

২০ সেপ্টেম্বর অবধি ডেলিভারি হবে, তারপর আর কোনো ডেলিভারি হবে না। কারণ One woman army দ্বারা পরিচালিত দস্তরখ্বানের একমাত্র কর্মী শীতঘুমে যাবেন শীতকাল আসা অবধি।

ঝড়-ঝড়-বৃষ্টিকে পাশ কাটিয়ে, বান-বাতাস পার করে, রোদের পিত্যেশে হাঁ করে বসে থেকে, আমার বিপি আরো নীচে পাঠিয়ে অবশেষে জলপাই রেডি আলহামদুলিল্লাহ। আগামীকাল থেকে পাঠানো শুরু করব ইনশাআল্লাহ।
