At VERSATILE HOMES, we have developed our Quality Procedures on the basis of the process approach’ to management. This combine a systematic identification of the processes required for product delivery with an understanding of their sequence and interactions and their effective management. The VERSATILE HOMES Quality Procedures sets out the principles that we adopt in the execution of our services to clients. It describes how the quality objectives embodied within the Quality Policy Statement are to be achieved and controlled. Each project requires a quality assessment system that is effective in assuring that the quality of deliverables and the completed work should provide traceability of information . All project s are managed in accordance with the VERSATILE HOMES Quality Management System. This requires a Project Quality Plan which will include all project specific procedures. Quality Assurance
