Past and current projects include commercial, residential, health clubs, spas and salons, hospitality, exhibition, institutional,Low cost Sustainable Housing, mixed-use and high end interior projects. Extensive use of CAD and computer 3D Modeling, which is done in house, helps the client to visualize their project in the best possible manner. All experimentation with space, light and material can then be done using this platform till the final result is achieved. SAAID offers integrated design services for the built environment, encompassing master planning, architectural, landscape, interior, lighting and furniture design.

A Modern Contemporary style bedroom designed with a personal Drawing space adding a Luxurious feel to the room
Aesthetics and functionality both were kept in mind while designing this room. The colors used in the room are Bottle green, Black with Grey and gold.
A grand chandelier in the drawing room adds a spark in the design.
Also sliding doors (leading towards the garden) are incorporated in the design which provides good natural lighting and ventilation. Italian Marble and wooden flooring is been used which gives a grand look to the space.
The transparent wardrobe acts as a Display for expensive goods as well as a partition between the Drawing and the Bedroom to give Privacy. All these elements are tailored according to the client's requirements through which we created a serene and Tranquil environment in the Bedroom.
