The balcony was designed as a continuation of the living room. where built form and landscape are not separate decisions.

Curves replace rigid edges.
Green is not introduced later, it is part of how the space is shaped.

The result is a space that is not just seen,
but experienced through movement, material, and transition.

We were more interested in creating a focal element with meaning, rather than filling the space with things that just look good.

The idea was to build a structure where five inclined pillars radiate from the center and lean back towards it, forming a clear connection around a single point of stillness and balance.

As the site develops, the concept is slowly starting to take form, with the layout aligning around this central focus.

The site is still under progress.
More to come as it comes together.

Plants always look simple at first.

Rows and rows of green, almost blending into each other.
With time, small differences start to stand out. How something spreads, how dense it feels, how light or heavy it sits.

That’s when it stops feeling like just picking plants.

Some combinations feel right instantly.
Some don’t sit well, even if they look good on their own.

It’s a process.
Mostly just looking, moving around, and understanding what works together.

Nothing obvious while it’s happening,
but it shapes everything that follows.

Maybe it’s just about noticing.
