Job Description: Marketing/ Sales Executive (Project/Contractual)
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team on a project/contractual basis for the duration of 6 months and associated activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and a passion for the fashion and lifestyle industry.
Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy Ex*****on: Implement marketing strategies to promote events & project across various channels, including social media, email marketing, PR, and influencer outreach.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and compelling content for social media, website, and marketing collateral.
• Social Media Management: Manage project’s social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and paid advertising.
• Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and media outlets.
• Event Promotion: Assist in the planning and ex*****on of marketing events and activations leading up to and during the project.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the team.
• Quick Revenue Generation & Innovation: Take direct responsibility for closing deals and bringing in quick revenue.

Requirements:
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or events industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong writing and editing abilities, proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Attributes: Creative thinker, self-starter, detail-oriented, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:
• Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
• Duration: Project/Contractual role for the duration of the project and associated activities (approximately 6 months)
• Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience.
