Dcube Lifestyle is a premium brand mainly for eco-friendly products like jute cotton, leather bags, cotton home furnishings like cushion covers, curtains etc. Eco-friendly gift items for special occasions.
It has a retail presence in the Kolkata Laketown area and is also available online. Dcube Lifestyle is a brand of UPSWING VENTURES PVT LTD, an exporter/manufacturer of the same product. Our factory focuses on empowering local women by providing sewing and bag making training workshops to alleviate poverty and improve living standards in slum areas. We have helped around 150 families through our initiative.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store incharge at Dcube Lifestyle in Kolkata Laketown area. The Store incharge will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining effective store communication.

Qualifications
• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in inventory management and sales forecasting
• Knowledge of retail software and POS systems
• Previous experience in the retail industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
