The Conference Room-

For Kajol, the highlight of the project lies in what she calls “quiet luxury” - the ability to craft a space that feels elevated without excess, which the material palette dutifully reflects to balance elegant refinement and bold impact.
Between the reception and conference room, the glass partitions with fabric inlays serve a dual purpose here: ensuring privacy, demarcating zones and maintaining visual connectivity across the office, lending to the illusion of an open space.
Keeping everything neutral- the Deep, maroon bands in the conference room mimic the language of lines adorning the partitions, while setting the space apart.

This echoes even in details such as the design of the marble reception table—whose organic curves bring in a flow—and the quirky ball-adorned artwork in pop orange with a equally compelling reception couch placed under it, which carves out a corner filled with whimsical playfulness right from the entrance (far from the aura of a typically sterile office). connectivity across the office!

Designing within constraints often leads to the most creative solutions. For Élan Bay, an 800-square-foot office in Kolkata, the challenge was clear: to transform a feeling of compactness into luxurious expansiveness.

This office is, Kajol believes, a perfect embodiment of her signature approach—a balance of minimalism with one standout element that elevates the entire space.

This is best illustrated right from the entrance, where a cohesive composition of concrete and metal bely a sophisticated rawness. The hidden concrete textured door opens to a luxury workspace!
