Imagine Regalia is our way of showing that architecture can be both rooted and new at the same time. It also represents a relationship with the client that spans decades, built on a shared belief that design can shape how a city feels about itself.
Located in Lucknow, within a fast-evolving urban corridor, the project brings together retail, hospitality, and leisure into a single vertical experience. Designed with efficient floor plates, the building prioritises usability while creating long-term value.
A strong language of arches, proportions, and symmetry draws from Lucknow’s architectural heritage, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. This is complemented by a dark grey and beige material palette, balancing modern character with warmth and timelessness.
Key experiential features including an infinity pool, rooftop restaurant, and banquet spaces, extend the project beyond its built form, shaping how it is experienced and remembered.
Imagine Regalia carries its narrative not just through design, but through the way it engages with the city and its people.
