Architectural Design / Project Planning:
• Managing conceptualization of the design throughout till execution for various industrial, commercial, institutional and residential projects within time parameters
• Reviewing architectural working drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates for change orders; analysing contractor's change order proposals and finalising requirements in consultat
ion with Project Managers
Interior Designing:
• Estimating material requirements and costs, presenting design to client for approval; advising client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilisation of furnishings or equipment and colour coordination
• Subcontracting fabrication, installation and arrangement of carpeting, fixtures, accessories, draperies, paint and wall coverings, art work, furniture and related items
Site & Construction Management:
• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination for site management activities
• Ensuring materials received are in accordance with the quantity
