1 cup (200 gm.) chana dal(gram pulse)
soaking water for 1 hour
spread dal over cloth and wipe it
fry chana dal till golden brown
2 tsp oil
1 pinch cardamom
1cup desiccated coconut (nariyal burada)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
after cooled grind chana dal
4 tsp oil
2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
put grinded chana dal in chasani (चासनी)
1 pinch orange colour
2 tsp desi ghee(pure ghee)
1pinch Cardamom powder
put in refrigerator for 1- 2 hour.
