✨ Rising with a strong sense of symmetry and scale, this high-rise residence is defined by its vertical rhythm, layered façade articulation, and a commanding architectural presence. The towers frame the skyline with clean, linear proportions, while the central volume adds depth and balance.
The façade is detailed through repeated fins, recessed glazing, and warm-toned accents that create a refined play of light, shadow, and texture. At the lower levels, curved landscaped terraces soften the verticality of the structure, bringing a sense of greenery and human scale into the architectural experience.

At Palais Royale, the outdoor realm is conceived as a tranquil, elevated escape within one of Mumbai’s most celebrated residential addresses. Abundant greenery, soft illumination, fluid circulation paths, and thoughtfully composed seating zones come together to create a calming atmosphere that redefines life above the ground plane.
