Designed for a beautiful family in Powai , this 2500 sqft residence turned out breathtaking!!!
Overlooking the expansive waters of Powai Lake, this residence was conceived as a spatial response to both scale and setting. Originally a single, uninterrupted volume, the home presented a compelling question: how can one articulate multiple living experiences within a generous footprint while preserving its architectural openness and uninterrupted views?
The intervention was guided by restraint. Instead of fragmenting the plan with rigid partitions, the design introduces nuanced zoning through architectural framing, ceiling recesses, and material shifts. The once-monolithic space now unfolds into three distinct yet fluid zones , a formal living area, an intimate dining setting, and a discreet guest suite .
Each defined by subtle transitions rather than physical boundaries.
