The dressing area at feels like a quiet pause between bedroom and bath. Patterned veneer wraps the island in a way that almost reads like fabric, while grey-toned cabinetry with brass pulls keeps everything understated and composed. It’s not showy—just well considered, with storage and surfaces exactly where you need them.

The ensuite follows the same mood. Marble underfoot and along the vanity brings in weight, but fluted detailing and warm timber above soften the edges. Frosted glass and brass accents catch the light gently, and daylight filters in just enough to keep the space calm rather than stark. It’s private, tactile, and designed for the slower rituals of the day.

The home follows a contemporary aesthetic infused with artistic influences. Clean lines and modern planning form the base, while sculptural lighting, custom artworks, and organic forms bring in character and warmth. Botanical motifs, curved furniture profiles, and tactile surfaces soften the overall composition, giving the interiors a distinct, curated feel that is both modern and soulful.

The design was planned as a natural extension of the architecture and thelifestyle of the residents. Being an urban home, it was important for the
interiors to feel calm and insulated from the city’s pace. Natural light, spatial flow, and proportions guided the placement of functions, while the palette and textures were chosen to create a sense of warmth and continuity throughout the home

Smart zoning and fluid circulation were central to the planning. Curved layouts help soften the geometry and improve movement, while integrated storage keeps the spaces visually light. Layered lighting ambient, task, and accent has been used strategically to enhance depth and highlight key design elements
without overwhelming the space.

The level 1 bedroom at works within a tightly edited colour palette, but never feels flat. Texture and pattern do the heavy lifting here. The richly figured veneer behind the bed brings movement to the wall, while fluted panels and softer timber tones layer in depth without adding visual noise.

Marble flooring keeps the material language consistent with the rest of the home, and upholstered pieces in muted shades soften the geometry. It’s proof that you don’t need a riot of colour to create presence—when textures and grain are allowed to speak, the room carries its own quiet energy.

The family room at House X is designed as a calm retreat, a welcoming space where everyday life unfolds at a relaxed pace. It’s a space meant for everyday use—films in the evening, quiet afternoons, and time spent together without ceremony. The seating is generous, the palette warmer, and the mood noticeably more relaxed than the main living areas.

Maroon-toned panels and framed niches bring in depth, while brass accents and a marble coffee table add just enough structure to hold the room together. The patterned TV wall keeps it from feeling flat, and the large windows let the city stay in view without taking over. It’s comfortable, familiar, and very much a room designed to be lived in.

The kitchen at House X keeps things practical, but never plain. Sucupira veneer runs across the cabinetry, bringing warmth into the space, while the black-and-white chequered marble flooring carries through from the entrance foyer, gently pulling the kitchen into the home’s larger sequence.

Metallic gold shutters and a muted stone backsplash add just enough contrast without asking for attention. The island stays generous and unfussy, the layout efficient, and daylight is allowed to set the mood. It’s a kitchen that feels used and lived in—comfortable in its role, and very much part of the everyday flow of the house.
